Taco Filling

Ingredients:
1 pound hamburger
1 packet taco seasoning
2/3 cups water
1 14 ounce can diced tomatoes for tacos (if you can't find these plain diced tomatoes will work)
1 small can sliced ripe olives
1 small onion chopped
1 box Old ElPaso Spanish Rice
Any one of the following, Taco Sauce, Salsa, or Picante Sauce.
1 package taco shells

Directions:
Brown hamburger and drain, add taco seasoning and water and cook according to package directions. Add tomatoes, olives, and chopped onion and remove from heat. Set aside. Prepare Old ElPaso Spanish Rice according to package directions. Combine to meat mixture. Add your choice of sauce to desired consistancy. Heat taco shells according to package.

OPTIONAL: shreaded lettuce, sour cream, shreaded cheddar or colby cheese, and extra sauce.

I serve this with refried beans and chips for dinner. I have also made this, put it in the crock pot on low and served it at a party with chips. Either way, ENJOY!!
