I finally decided to do
a page about my favorite beverage......Beer.
When I was younger
I would drink case after case of the worst beer you could buy I was looking
for the buzz not the flavor
now it's different now it's micro breweries and imports to expensive to
catch a buzz but oh my the flavor
a few years ago I decided to make my own beer at home and surprise surprise
it was pretty good
after about a year I entered some in a big competition in Toronto and won..nobody
was more surprised than me
I want this page to be all about beer so I will put up some recipes I have
tried and liked
I'm not going to go into the making of beer I will put links to pages that
cover it better than I can
So belly up
to the bar and pull yourself a pint and enjoy.
