Items that is a necessity when canning foods.
Jar Lifter
Lid Lifter
Tongs
Canning Funnel
Spatula or tool to remove air from jars after filled
Boiling Bath Pot (preferably with rack for lifting jars)
Pressure Canner ( if doing low acid foods)
Pot large enough to cover jars with hot water
Small pot for heating lids and bands
Thermometer when canning jellies that specify a certain temperature
