Fast Fried Rice |

3 Tbl vegetable oil |

In large saucepan, heat oil. Saute green pepper for five minutes. Add scalions. Saute only until warm. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve when heated through. |

Jo's Comments: Really fast way to fancify (is that a word?) rice. The rice really does work better if it was cooked the day before. Eggs can be added too to make it more authentic... Incidentally, Ray wrote a grocery list once and this is what he wrote: |
