Guacamole

2 large avacados, peeled and pitted
1/4 cup finely chopped tomato
2 Tbl lime juice
2 Tbl grated onion with juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
Ground pepper, to taste

Mash avacados coarsely with fork.  Add tomato, lime juice, onion, salt and pepper sauce.  Mix well.  Add black pepper.  Serve immediately or chill up to two hours.

Jo's Comments: Perfecto!  I also like adding a little sour cream to make a creamy dip!  I named this GuacGuacGuac because I thought it looked funny at the top of the page.   It's a little hard to type though.  Try it.   I dare you!
