2 large avacados, peeled and pitted |

Mash avacados coarsely with fork. Add tomato, lime juice, onion, salt and pepper sauce. Mix well. Add black pepper. Serve immediately or chill up to two hours. |

Jo's Comments: Perfecto! I also like adding a little sour cream to make a creamy dip! I named this GuacGuacGuac because I thought it looked funny at the top of the page. It's a little hard to type though. Try it. I dare you! |
