Parmesan Baked Fish |

1 pound fish fillets (Haddock, cod, or sole) |

Preheat oven to 450. In shallow bowl, combine flour, onion poweder, salt, pepper, and dill. Dip fish in mixture. |

Jo's Comments: This was one of the first fish recipes that Ray and I made together. Ray thought it was absolutely perfect, but I have a particular aversion to dill (YUCK!) and would never use dill again. It's a very easy fish recipe though. Simple but good. Good served wtih a baked potato and a salad! |
