Parmesan Baked Fish

1 pound fish fillets (Haddock, cod, or sole)
1/3 cup flour
1/3 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dried dill
2 Tbl margarine, melted
2 Tbl grated Parmesan cheese
1 lemon

Preheat oven to 450.  In shallow bowl, combine flour, onion poweder, salt, pepper, and dill.   Dip fish in mixture.

Coat baking dish with cooking spray.  Put fish on baking dish.  Drizzle melted butter over fish and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake 7-10 minutes, depending on thickness of fish.  Serve with lemon slices.

Jo's Comments: This was one of the first fish recipes that Ray and I made together.   Ray thought it was absolutely perfect, but I have a particular aversion to dill (YUCK!) and would never use dill again.   It's a very easy fish recipe though.   Simple but good.   Good served wtih a baked potato and a salad!
