Gary Sr.'s Red Pepper Pasta

3 T olive oil
1 medium red pepper, cut in strips
1 garlic clove, minced
1/3 cup water
1 Bouillion cube (chicken or veggie)
2 T. choped fresh basil (or 1 tsp dried)
1 t red wine vinegar
7 oz roteli pasta, cooked and drained

Heat oil over medium heat. 

Saute garlic and pepper for three minutes.  Add water, bouillion cube, and basil.  Bring to boil.  Reduce heat and simmer for four minutes.

Remove from heat.  Add vinegar.  Toss with pasta.

Jo's Comments: This is one of Gary, Sr.'s recipes.  Gary was a friend of mine from college.  My two college roomies, Julie and Sara, probably make it a lot more than I do.   I think it's really yummy!
