Spicy Rice |

1/2 cup sliced green onions |

Cook onions, carrots, red pepper and jalapeno pepper in oil in a large skillet over medium heat until tender crisp. Stir in rice, cilantro, lime juice, soy sauce, and pepper sauce. Cook until heated. |

Jo's Comments: Pretty good, flavorful dish. I like making these dishes for lunch, but it would also be good for dinner with chicken or fish... |
