Sara's Crab Stuffed Rock Fish
with Garlic Parmesan Saude

6 Rockfish filets
1 box of Stovetop stuffing mix
1 can of crab meat, flaked
1 jar of Ragu Roasted Garlic Parmesan Sauce

Preheat oven to 350.  Prepare stuffing as per directions on the box.  Mix crab meat with stuffing after prepared.  Place a handful of stuffing at one end of fish filet.  Roll fish filet in a jelly roll fashion and secure with a toothpick.

Place rolls in a round baking dish so that stuffing can be seen.  Stuff remaining stuffing equally into fish center, so it's overflowing at the top.  Pour Ragu sauceover fish.   Bake for 40-45 minutes.  Top with sauce from the dish before serving.

Jo's Comments: Sara e-mailed me this recipe over a year ago (as of September 2000) yet I haven't tried making it yet...   But it looks really good....   :)
