Chocolate Raspberry Torte

I've actually made this cake several times now since it's one of my mother's favorites, but this was the first. The idea was taken from a Wilton book. The cake is dark chocolate fudge, torted into three layers, iced with Rich's Bettercreme icing and filled with a mixture of Bettercreme and raspberry filling. The raspberries on the cake are shaken in a bag to coat them with crushed red edible glitter, which gives the cake a very festive look.
