The Chef Menu Option

Not long after we opened, the Chef’s creativity and extensive experience became well-known. Many loyal customers began to shrug off menus, saying instead “just tell him to do what he likes”. These Chef Menus could be any number of courses, and always involved the freshest ingredients and new culinary experiences. By the end of our first year they were a nightly occurrence, so we decided to make them available to everyone, regulars and first timers alike.
