Fall vegetables

These products are grown and harvested in fall only because
of their long growth period.

We grow also:

twenty kinds and more of winter squash.
Here we see the cushaw stripped green, sweet dumpling, turk turban.

Jerusalem Artichoke
  • Jerusalem artichoke : it's a root like ginger and we can cook like potatoes.
  • Ornemental cucumber. They are not edible like a ornementale squash.
