This adventure of fine products started in 1982 when
Gaétan & Diane Pinsonneault bought the family land, the couple
wanted to innovate by marketing new fine products. They consulted
different seedsman catalogues from Quebec, Ontario and United States
to make their choices of new products.

They started with about thirty products (herbs, vegetables and
some melons) to cultivate more than two hundred fifty species nowadays.
I must state that during all those years they tried many knew vegetables
and when those had good sale potential they continued the production otherwise
they were elliminated. The products are sold at the atwater market of Montreal.
The stand opens on mother's day weekend and close at the beginning of november.
