We grow others vegetables like:

• Peas (standard, snow peas, sugar snap).
  
• Beans (yellow, purple, french (long and slender).
  
• Lettuce red or green : oak leaf, butterhead, romaine,lollo rossa,
  leaf, miniature, romaine and butterhead.
  
• Spinach, mustard leaf, rappini swiss chard and arugula.
  
• Yellow and standard beet.
  
• Sixty kinds and more of hot and sweet peppers : chili, jalapeno,
  publano, hot fingers, serano, habanero, bananas....
  
• Eggplants "more of twelve kinds".
  
• Summer squash.
  
• Potatoes (yellow, blue and white flesh).
  
• edible flowers (masturtium, pansy...).
  
• Zucchini flowers.
  
• fresh culinary herbs : parsley, thyme, rosemary, dill, coriander and many more.
