Missouri Cookies

4 oz margarine
4 fl oz water
1lb sugar
4 tbps cocoa
2 heaped tbsps peanut butter
12 oz rolled oats

Put the margarine in a saucepan with the water. Add the sugar and cocoa, and put the pan on a medium heat. When the mixture is bubbling, start your kitchen timer, and let the mixture boil for exactly 60 seconds.
Take the mixture from the heat and add the peanut butter and the oats, and give it a good old stir. Pour the mixture into a greased 13" x 9" baking pan. Wait for 20 minutes while the Missouri Cookies set, and then cut into delicious bite-size pieces.
