Peanut Butter Banana Crumble

This is very rich, but peanut butter fans will love it.
6 medium bananas, sliced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2oz plain flour
4oz soft light brown sugar
3oz peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
1 1/2 oz butter or margarine

Put the sliced bananas in an 8" x 1 1/2" round baking dish. Sprinkle the fruit with lemon juice and cinnamon, and stir lightly to coat. Mix flour and brown sugar in a small mixing bowl, and using two knives, cut in the peanut butter and butter or margarine, until the mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs. Sprinkle the mixture over the bananas in the dish. Bake at Gas Mark 5 (190C) for 25 minutes. Serve with cream or custard. Serves 6.
