Crab Salad
1 pound backfin crab meat 1/2 cup Hellman's mayonnaise Juice of 1 and 1/2 lemons 1/4 cup diced green or red pepper 1/4 cup diced cucumber 2 large green onions, diced 1/2 teaspoon fresh dill, or dried 1/4 teaspoon salt 3-4 tablespoons capers Combine ingredients except crab and capers. Stir in crab. Serve on lettuce, with capers sprinkled on top. |
