For Two Persons

Goi Ga
Vietnamese chicken salad with red white cabbage, carrots, onions, cilantro and shrimp crackers. Topped with peanuts. Served with fish sauce.

Bo Sate
Tender beef sauce with green onions and spicy Vietnamese "Sate" sauce.

Canh Chu Ca (Spicy)
Hot & sour soup fish cooked with celery, tomatoes, cabbage, pineapple, mushroom and lemon grass. Topped with cinnamon basil.

Muc Xao Rau Cai
Squids sauté with broccoli, green bean, mushrooms, zucchini and onions.


For Three Persons

Goi Tom
Shrimps salad, shrimps, cucumber, carrots, celery and mint leaves with house salad dressing. Topped with peanuts and shrimp crackers. Served with fish sauce.

Ga Sate
Chicken sauté with green onions in a spicy Vietnamese sate sauce.

Canh Chua Ga (Spicy)
Hot and sour soup chicken cooked with celery, tomatoes, cabbage, pineapple, mushroom and lemon grass. Topped with cinnamon basil.

Tom Xao Lan
Shrimps sauté with coconut milk, black mushroom and clear vermicelli.

Ca Chung
Steamed red snapper or catfish with button mushroom slices, hanatoko mushrooms and ginger soy sauce.


For Four Persons

Goi Ngo Sen
Root lotus with shrimps, carrots, onion, cilantro, celery and shrimp crackers. Topped with peanut. Served with fish sauce.

Canh Chua Tom (Spicy)
Hot and sour soup shrimps cooked with celery, tomatoes, cabbage, pineapple, mushroom and lemon grass. Topped with cinnamon basil.

Muc Sate
Squid sauté with green onions and spicy Vietnamese "Sate" sauce.
