Great Moist Buns!
This is for a 2lb machine!
The 1 1/2 lb. is below!
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup sour cream
2 eggs
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tbsp salt
4 cups + 2 tbsp. flour
3 1/4 tsp. instant yeast
Set you machine on Dough cycle.
Cut into 15 equal pieces!
Form into balls &
put on cookie sheet!
Let rise 15-20 minutes.
Till doubled in bulk!
Paint rolls with a beaten egg!
Sprinkle with toasted
sesame seeds!
Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes!
