CHOCOLATE CAKE
When You Crave Chocolate
Make This Cake & Add Chocolate Icing
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup vegtable oil
1 3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup sour milk (see below)
2 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp. cinnimon
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 cups grated zucchini
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped nuts
Cream together marg.,oil, & sugar.
Add eggs 1 at a time.
Beating well after each addition.
Add sifted dry ingredents alternately with milk.
Stir in zucchini, vanilla, choc. chips, & nuts.
Pour into a greased & floured 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
To make sour milk add
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar to 1/2 milk.
