I drink hot coffee during the winter (and every morning, summer and winter) and iced coffee in the summer. There is a great place in Hanford called Wired Angels. They make an iced coffee known as a Glacier. You can have it plain or with a shot of Espresso. Very refreshing! Their "Silky Jazz" beans are delicious too. My other favorite BEANS are: GLORIA JEAN'S GOURMET COFFEE'S French Vanilla, SANTA CRUZ COFFEE ROASTING COMPANY'S Santa Cruz Full City (you can order by mail and after purchasing ten pounds, you get one pound free!), STARBUCK'S Christmas Blend, BORDER's (bookstore) Border's Blend and SAN FRANCISCO TEA and COFFEE COMPANY'S Pier 39.

I do other types of libation. Sutter Home produces the best "Muscat Alexandria". Try a tour of California's wine country, but be sure to have a designated driver. I also drink brandy occassionally. During the winter I put a dab in my coffee (good for warming the "bones" and building character). Do you like KAHLUA? It's easy to brew. Bottle some for Christmas. It makes a nice personalized homemade GIFT. *Warning:the longer it ages the more potent it becomes.

I make a pretty mean CIOPPINO. Serve with a loaf of sourdough bread. It's a wonderful meal to share with good friends who enjoy SHELLFISH. Let me share my ethnic versatility with you. Try my CHICKEN ADOBO (Phillipino) and BAKLAVA(Armenian/Greek). I hope you like these foods/recipes as much as I do.
