BAKLAVA
4 cups finely chopped walnuts Grease 13" by 9" baking dish. In large bowl combine walnuts, sugar and cinnamon until blended, set aside. In baking dish place 1 sheet of phyllo, allowing it to extend up the sides of the dish. Brush with butter Repeat this process until you have used half of the package of phyllo. Then sprinkle the walnut, sugar and cinnamon mixture over the layers of phyllo. Now continue the phyllo, butter process until the phyllo is gone. Trim any phyllo that extends over the top of dish. With a sharp knife, cut just halfway through all layers of phyllo (up to the walnut, sugar, cinnamon mixture) in a diamond pattern. Bake in a 300 degree oven for one hour and 25 minutes or until top is golden brown. Meanwhile, in a saucepan of water over medium-low heat, heat honey in the jar until hot but not boiling. Pour honey evenly over Baklava. Cool pan on wire rack at least 1 hour. Before serving, with a sharp knife continue to cut through the layers.
