The tips of the day for desserts are...
 
  1. Never think that a dessert will make you gain weight; it's  not the dessert but the rest of the food that you don't need.
  2. Make sure the dessert is home made, or at least it should have good healthy ingredients.
  3. Remember desserts are not bad for you, but if you eat too many then they can make you look pretty bad.
  4. Frozen yogurt is a good solution for the people who are on a strict diet.
