VEGETABLES...

AND FRUIT
 Everybody knows that vegetables and fruit are important in our daily diet.
So how do we get those five portions of fruit and vegetables in our body every day?
 
  1. Start your day with a simple glass of fresh squeezed orange juice or any other nice fruit that is in season.
  2. If lunch is a rush time for you and do not have time to make it in the morning, the best thing is the night before: just cut and store in water some carrots, celery and cucumber sticks so they are ready for the next day.
  3. If you feel like a snack make sure that an apple or orange is in your bag.
  4. And last of all after dinner a nice peace of pie with lots of fruit in it.
