Of the female slaves - a) A slave named Huldah Bickford b) The last slave's name is unknown and is lost in time Of the three male slaves - a) A slave named Pomp owned by a Mrs. Main b) A slave named Caesar owned by Capt. Jonathan Ham c) The last slave's name is unknown By the time of American Independance slavery did not exist anymore in Rochester. The slaves had either been made freed men or had perished. |
