Cut an onion in thin rings, cut two -three tomatoes, sweet and ripe, in thin slices. Arrange it on a plate, pore olive oil on top and sprinkle some black pepper on it as well. Cut the cheese into suitable size, about 1x5 centimetres, and fry them until they get slightly brown . Arrange the cheese on top of the tomato salad. To go with it; a young fresh red wine.
