1 1/2 C. flour
1/2 C. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 C. milk
1/4 C. vegetable oil
1 egg, beaten
1/2 C. Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 C. chopped nuts
1/4 C. chopped Maraschino cherries, well drained
2 tsp. grated orange peel
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl. Add milk, oil, and egg and stir just till blended. Stir in Mini Semi-Sweet Chips, nuts, cherries, and orange peel. Fill greased or paper line muffin cups two thirds full with batter. Bake at 400' for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan and cool completely.
