2 C. (12 oz. pkg.) Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 C. plus 2 T. (5 oz. can) evaporated milk
1 C. chopped nuts
1/4 C. sesame seeds (optional)
1/2 tsp. almond extract
3 C. flour
1 1/2 C. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 C. butter
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Combine chocolate chips, cream cheese and evaporated milk in a medium saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, till chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat, stir in nuts, sesame seeds and 1/2 tsp. almond extract. Blend well; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in a large mixer bowl; blend well on low speed until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press half of the mixture in a greased 13 x 9 inch pan; spread with the chocolate mixture. Sprinkle the rest of the crumbs over top. (If mixture softens and forms a stiff dough, just pinch off small pieces to use as topping. Bake at 375' for 35-40 minutes or till golden brown. Cool and cut into bars.
