Broiled Tomatoes

Broiled Tomatoes


3-4 tomatoes
2 T. melted butter
about 15 Ritz crackers
1/2 C. grated Parmesan cheese
shredded Cheddar cheese

Cut tops off tomatoes and turn upside down and drain. Mix melted butter and crushed Ritz crackers. Add Parmesan cheese and mix well. Stuff tomatoes with this mixture and sprinkle on some shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake in a 375' oven for 30 minutes or till golden brown.
