Fried Crab Cakes


1 lb. crabmeat, picked and drained
1 egg for mixing with meat
1 egg for dipping
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 C. mayo
1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 T. Old Bay seasoning
cracker crumbs

Mix everything but the egg for dipping and the cracher crumbs. Form into patties. Beat the remaining egg and dip crabcakes in it. Roll pattie in cracker crumbs. Do this to all of the patties. Put on a plate and cover and refrigerate for several hours. Heat oil in skillet and fry crabcakes till golden brown.
