French Mashed Potatoes

6 potatoes, diced and cooked
3/4 C. milk
2 T. butter
1 tsp. baking powder
1 t. Kosher salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Mash potatoes. Beat in the rest of the ingredients except baking powder. When smooth, add baking powder and beat till fluffy
