My Mom's Ham Loaf


1 lb. ground ham/pork mix
cracker crumbs
1/4 C. milk
1 beaten egg

Syrup:
1/2 C. browen sugar
1/8 C. vinegar
1/8 C. water
1/4 tsp. mustard

Mix meat, milk, egg, with enough cracker crumbs to stick together. Bake 1 1/4 hour at 350'. Drain fat. Pour on syrup and baste occasionally for 20 minutes more.
