Pickled Red Beet Eggs
Pickled Red Beet Eggs
hard cooked eggs
1 1/2 C. water
1 C. red wine vinegar
1 C. sugar
1 can sliced beets and juice
In a saucepan combine water, vinegar, sugar, and beets and juice. Bring to a boil and cook till sugar is dissolved. Cool a bit and then pour over eggs and refrigerate a day or two before serving.
