Rosemary Pork

Rosemary Pork Chops


4 pork chops
1/2 C. oil
1/4 C. orange juice
1 tsp. rosemary leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1 onion, sliced

Put pork in a baking dish. Top with sliced onions. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Marinate 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Bake at 350' for about 1 hour or till pork is done.
