Sausage Casserole


1 lb. bulk pork sausage
2-3 parboiled diced potaoes
favorite seasonings
1 bouillon cube
1 C. water

Brown sausage. Drain. Mix with parboiled ptatoes and put in a greased 2 qt. casserole. Season with your favorite seasonings. Dissolve bouillon cube in water and pour over casserole. Sprinkle with parsley and bake at 350' for 1 hour.
