Scalloped Sausage And Potatoes


1 lb. bulk pork sausage
4 C. diced, parboiled potatoes
1/4 C. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 C. milk

Brown sausage. Drain. Put half of the potatoes in a greased 2 quart casserole. Sift flour and salt together and sprinkle half of this over the potatoes. Top with half of the sausage and half of the cheese. Repeat with the remaining potatoes, flour, meat, and cheese. Pour milk over all. Cover and bake at 350' for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
