Applesauce Jello Salad

2 C. applesauce
1 large box Jello, any flavor
1 C. chopped celery
1 large can undrained, crushed pineapple
2 C. 7-Up

In a saucepan, heat applesauce. Add Jello and stir well. Add pineapple with juice, the 7-Up (this will bubble up) and the celery. Mix well and refrigerate. Serves 8.
