Lower Fat Baked Corn
1 T cornstarch
1 T. flour
1 T. sugar
1 pkg. frozen creamed corn, thawed
egg substitute equal to 2 eggs
1/2 C. 1% milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 T. melted margarine
Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray. Mix cornstarch, flour and sugar. Mix with corn, egg substitute, milk and vanilla. Stir in melted margarine last. Do not cover. Bake at 350' for 1 hour or till center is set.
