Bouillon Potatoes

Bouillon Potatoes


6 sliced potatoes
onion powder to taste
1 T. fresh minced parsley
dash black pepper
1 T. margarine
1 C. beef bouillon

Layer potatoes in a casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle on spices and parsley. Pour bouillon over and dot with margarine. Bake at 400' for 1 hour or till liquid is absorbed. Serves 5.
