Cream Cheese Brownie Cake
1 1/2 C. flour
1 C. sugar
1/2 tsp.baking soda
1/4 C. cocoa
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 C. fat-free mayo
2 T. light corn syrup
1 tsp.vanilla
1 C. water
Cream cheese swirl:
1/3 C. fat-free cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 T. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Heat oven to 350'. Spray an 8 x 8 inch baking pan with cooking spray. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking soda, cocoa and salt. Add vinegar, mayo, corn syrup, vanilla and 1 C. water. Beat till smooth. Pour in pan. In another bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Beat till creamy. Drop by tablespoonfuls in four or five places on top of cake. With a knife, place blade in center of cream cheese mound and drag to make swirls. Bake 40-45 minutes or till spongy to the touch. Serves 16.
