Cracked Pepper Linguine
1/2 T. margarine
onion powder to taste
1 tsp. jarred, roasted garlic
1/2 C. low-fat sour cream
1/2 T. milk
1 tsp, fresh, cracked black pepper
8 oz. cooked linguine
1 T. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 T. fresh minced parsley
Melt margarine in skillet. Add onion powder and garlic and saute and cool slightly. Stir in sour cream, milk and pepper. Add pasta and toss. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley. Serves 4.
