Creamed Potatoes And Peas

2-3 peeled and cubed potatoes
1 C. fresh peas
1 tsp. sugar
1 C. Fat-free Half And Half
1 T. flour

Cook potatoes and peas in water till almost tender. Drain. Add Half And Half, sprinkle with 1 tsp. sugar, and 1 T. flour. Cover and heat till thickened. Stirring occasionally. Stir and Serve.
