German Sweet Rice
1/2 C. regular rice
2 C. 1% milk
2 T. sugar
pinch salt
Combine all in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes or till liquid is absorbed and rice is creamy. Check at about 15 minutes into cooking time to make sure it's not scorching. Serves 2.
