Italian Grilled Shrimp

Italian Grilled Shrimp And Pasta


1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 C. fat-free bottled Italian dressing
6 oz. angelhair pasta
1 large tomato, chopped
1 T. Parmesan cheese

Toss peeled shrimp in 1 T. dressing. Let set at room temperature for 15 minutes. Broil 4-5 minutes, turning, til "heads" touch "tails" and shrimp are pink. Meanwhile cook pasta and drain. Add tomato and the rest of the dressing to pasta and toss. Top with shrimp and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serves 2.
