Lemon Herb Chicken
Lemon Herb Chicken
1/2 C. lemon juice
1/4 C. oil
1/4 C. fresh minced parsley
1 tsp. dry tarragon
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Whisk together the first 5 ingredients.
Pour into a plastic zip bag.
Add chicken and refrigerate 4-8 hours.
Drain and fry in a small amount of oil or grill.
