Mandarin Orange
Cake
1 C. sugar
1 C. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 small can Mandarin oranges, undrained
Beat egg, add oranges. Sift all dry ingredients
together and add to the egg/orange mixture. Mix 4
minutes on low. Pour into a greased and floured 8 x
8 inch pan Bake at 350' for 30-35 minutes or till
done. Serves 8.
