Pasta Rissoto With Snap Peas
3 C. chicken broth
1 C. tiny pasta shapes (stars or ABC's)
2 C. snap peas cut in 1 inch pieces
1/2 C. grated Parmesan
In a saucepan boil broth. Add pasta and cook till al dente. Add peas and cook stirring till almost all liquid is absorbed, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in 1/4 C. Parmesan. Serve and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Serves 4-6.
