Quick Spanish Rice

Quick Spanish Rice


3/4 C. regular rice
1 (14 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, undrained and diced
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 1/4 C. frozen corn

Combine all in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or till liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Stir often. Serves 6.
