Crunchy Salsa
Chicken
1 cup wheat germ (honey flavor)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne
2 egg whites
1 Tbsp water
1 tsp cumin
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Heat oven to 400°. Spray a baking sheet with cooking
spray. In a bowl, mix wheat germ, spices and
seasonings. In another bowl, mix egg whites and
water till frothy. Dip chicken in egg white, then
dip in wheat germ mix. Coat thoroughly and arrange
on baking sheet. Spray chicken with cooking spray and
bake for 30 minutes or till done.
Serve with salsa.
