Sirloin Over Noodles

Sirloin Over Noodles


about 1 lb. ground sirloin or round steak cut in small pieces
celery seed to taste
1 clove minced garlic
2 C. beef broth
1 C. chopped tomatoes
2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
8 oz. broad egg noodles

Brown beef with celery seed and garlic. Stir in broth, tomatoes and Worchestershire sauce. Bring to a boil and slowly add uncooked noodles while stirring. Simmmer, cover and cook, stirring occasionally , about 8 to 10 minutes or till noodles are done and liquid is absorbed. May remove lid and cook if some liquid is left.
